8 Min Abs Workout how to have six pack has been designed to specifically work on the abdominal muscles and have perfect 6 packs.

  6. Tried this once, definitely felt it in the neck but I’ve never done a workout like this before. For 2 days after what little bit of abs I have were slightly sore. Tried it again tonight & had the moves down & felt the workout in my stomach/abs the whole way through. Gonna give try it twice a day for 30 days & see how it goes. Will check back if I can remember

  15. Guys, I wanna to share you my results. I was doing this workout for 4 months (starting in October) every day. Now I have four pack, lol. Please note, this workout almost doesn't have exercises for low abs (only 4th exercise 3:11 and the last one). Something like this :\\

  26. All talking about pain in the neck, I even couldn't reach so far, in such speed I needed break earlier than video showing first recovery 😀 I need more motivation or start with something easier 😀 if I won't give up I'll let you know, it's my first day.
